    – To gain access to the site, please contact the relevant Site Manager to get the access code.

    – When you remove keys from the lockbox, please unlock the property and return keys back to the lockbox immediately.

    – Last person to leave the site is responsible for ensuring the site is locked and secure:

    • Check all house doors and windows are locked (if applicable)

    • Any front and rear horadings or security fences are secure

    – If you arrive on site and it is unlocked or open when expected to be locked please report it to Site Manager

    – Please ensure only authorised workers and personnel are allowed access to site

    – Please report any suspicious activity to site manager

    – Please notify the Site Manager of any security issues that may arise

    Site Hours of Operation
    Bayside City Council  (Tramway Parade) - no works to be undertaken outside of the following hours:

    7am and 6pm - Mondays to Fridays

    9am and 3pm - Saturdays

    No building works can be carried out on a building site on a public holiday.

  • These rules apply to all on site personnel, workers, contractors and visitors:

    • Always report unsafe conditions and hazards

    • Always report all accidents / injuries (incident report here)

    • Always obey safety rules and safety signs.

    • Must have Safety Induction Card (white card)

    • Completion of Parker Building site induction form (below).

    • All electrical equipment brought on site must be labelled with current testing tag

    • Workers to perform regular housekeeping and keep site clean at all times

    • Rubbish should be disposed of in designated area and all food scraps should go in bin

    • Always use ladders safely & only if not practical to use safer means

    • Safety rails and fall protection systems are not to be tampered with

    • Scaffolding to be kept in safe condition. If modifications are required, seek advice from Luke Parker or Heath Burton.

    • Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on site.

    • No smoking or vaping on site

    • Do not enter site if you are effected by drugs and/or alcohol

    • Workers are to determine if they are performing high risk work and provide SWMS documentation and ensure works are to be carried out in accordance with safe work practices.

    • Always use PPE correctly.

    • Always act responsibly, never engage in horse-play or practical jokes.

    • Always only use power tools if competent.

    • Always keep electrical equipment and leads away from water / moisture.

    • Do not use power tools that have guards or other safety devices modified or removed.
